Sorry to bother the whole list with this, but as you'll see, I can't file a Trac ticket to fix the problem I'm about to describe...
I created a new account in the smartmontools Trac system last Friday because I'd like to contribute some bug reports. In order to actually be able to create a new ticket, I first need to verify my e-mail address, but I have not yet received the account verification e-mail.
I don't have the verification e-mail in my inbox. I also checked my junk e-mail folder to make sure it didn't get marked as spam, but it's not there either. I also clicked the "Resend Email" button in Trac approximately 12 times at various points between last Friday and today, but I haven't received any messages as a result of any of these actions. I even checked for typos in my e-mail address as recorded in my Trac account, but the address is listed accurately.
Could an administrator please confirm that your verification e-mail system is functioning normally? If so, is there an alternate method I can use to verify my e-mail address and remove the limitations from my Trac account? For what it's worth, I was able to verify my e-mail address for the purposes of subscribing to this list.
