[smartmontools-support] Not receiving Trac account verification e-mail

Hi all,

Sorry to bother the whole list with this, but as you'll see, I can't file a Trac ticket to fix the problem I'm about to describe...

I created a new account in the smartmontools Trac system last Friday because I'd like to contribute some bug reports. In order to actually be able to create a new ticket, I first need to verify my e-mail address, but I have not yet received the account verification e-mail.

I don't have the verification e-mail in my inbox. I also checked my junk e-mail folder to make sure it didn't get marked as spam, but it's not there either. I also clicked the "Resend Email" button in Trac approximately 12 times at various points between last Friday and today, but I haven't received any messages as a result of any of these actions. I even checked for typos in my e-mail address as recorded in my Trac account, but the address is listed accurately.

Could an administrator please confirm that your verification e-mail system is functioning normally? If so, is there an alternate method I can use to verify my e-mail address and remove the limitations from my Trac account? For what it's worth, I was able to verify my e-mail address for the purposes of subscribing to this list.

Hi Brett,

I hope you received my private mail to you on 27nth of January?

As the work with the Trac is based on the ability
to send mails to you not only on subscription but
also when answering in the ticket, we are investigating
what is going wrong with our mail sending to comcast.

I will write about our findings in a further private mail to you.

For the time until we solved the issue I suggest,
that you send the bug reports to me if it is urgent and I will
open the tickets on your behalf and forward the answers to you.
